Are you tired of using large hotels and venues for your group? Why be a small fish in a big sea? We offer the perfect spaces for delegates to be creative and enjoy their break away from a structured work environment. We can arrange team building, transport, private wine tastings and delegate packages with catering ranging from delicious working lunches to elaborate gourmet meals. The Hunter Valley Lodge & Retreat caters for small groups for conference and offsite meetings. The Lodge has 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms which can accommodate up to 34 guests or 28 guests in individual beds. For a larger group, we can provide the adjoining 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vineyard cottage for a combined total of 14 individual bedrooms and 10 bathrooms to accommodate up to 40 guests. Woodlands Cottages is another option for individual rooms or larger groups. This property can provide a further 10 bedrooms if required and is within a few minutes walking distance from the Lodge.
The perfect corporate destination
The Hunter Valley Lodge & Retreat provides plenty of spaces for breakout sessions and a huge games room with a pool table, table tennis, cinema area, and lots of board games. There is also a bocce court, giant chess set and croquet lawn located outside with plenty of room to set up your own team building exercises.
We can arrange delegate packages, private chefs, vineyard dinners, team building or even a private yoga class. Our team building activities include laser shooting, Segway Olympics, archery and bubble soccer. Tell us what you want and we will make it happen!
