Our Facilities
Sealoc sleeps up to 6 guests with two queen bedrooms and a quality queen sofabed. It boasts two full bathrooms and has a huge living area (sofa-bed), dining and kitchen area plus a spacious deck with BBQ. Walk to all the great restaurants and beach bars and pubs in Freshwater or a 5 minute drive or uber to Manly or Dee Why
Sealoc is a fabulous place for your stay by the beach. It has everything you could ask for, comfy beds with beautiful linen, free WiFi and Mac desktop, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, Nespresso coffee machine and a gourmet kitchen with everything you would need to cook up a storm.
You are within a stone’s throw from Freshwater Village and beach, Curl Curl beach and easy access to both Manly Beach and also Dee Why Beach. There are so many places for yummy breakfasts and lunch and everything from the award-winning Pilu Restaurant and Baretta on the beach to the local pub (Harbord Hilton) for great food. Our local bar “The Stowaway” is a great place to have cocktails and fish tacos. The New Harbord Diggers is just a few minutes walk for a selection of fabulous food choices and a great bar with live music. The kids will also love their play area and on a Sunday they have a children’s farm. If you can’t be bothered going out…then you have a selection of hundreds of Uber eats in the area.
Both the beaches have great surf life clubs and patrolled beaches and both have 50-meter rock pools which are great for kids and adults. .
If you want access to Sydney City then get the Manly Ferry for the best views of the Harbour or take the express bus from your doorstep.

- December – February and Long Weekends $400 a night for up to 4 guests
- March – November (with exception of long weekends – $350 for up to 4 guests
- Extra guests are charged at $30 per person per night.
- Infants under 2 are free.
Security Deposit
A security deposit/bond of $1000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This payment will be processed approximately 24–48 hours before your arrival and expire 3-6 days after departure.
Five Star Gem!
This place is nothing short of a five star gem! We had our best days here during our two week trip in Australia. The location is perfect – you feel like a real local and you can easily walk to two beautiful beaches. The walking distance to Manly was perfect for our night eating out – but other than that we just wanted to stay in and cook dinners and sit out on the terrace and watch the sun set. Anything we needed help with Sue would just quickly sort out and answer, giving us a portion of her local knowledge and beautiful energy we really felt at home! Couldn’t recommend it enough, we didn’t want to leave!
